Our tasting room is Open Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 11-6 for purchases…we are currently not having tastings.

We are a fresh take on what it means to be a craft distillery in New York’s Hudson Valley.

Our goal is to create and capture flavor, minding traditions of whiskey ?, brandy, gin ?, amaro and vermouth to foster innovative modern versions.

Stoutridge is outfitted with two five plate Christian Carl Stills and an impressive 30 plate pot still for vodka production.

We have a Chip Tate direct heated pot still for corn and single malt whiskies and a Specific Mechanical still for Rye Whiskey.
.
With a mission to conserve energy and reduce environmental impact, we’ve installed a proprietary heat exchange system and utilize gravity and electric hoists powered by our solar panels to move containers and liquids as much as possible.

One of the most unique aspects of Stoutridge is our malting and kilning floors.
.
We are one of eight distilleries in America to do its own malting and the only US distillery with a Scottish style kilning floor.
