Spring will be upon us very soon and we are now gearing up for production of this year’s “Discover MMiM” brochure. We also enjoy the added bonus of highlighting Marlborough’s own unique natural beauty and accommodating agritourism environment. Best of all, your listing in the brochure is guaranteed as part of your active membership at no additional cost.

With the cooperation Ulster County Tourism and many of our members, 10,000 brochures were distributed in 2019 throughout the Hudson Valley, Westchester and Rockland counties and northern New Jersey. It is the flagship vehicle of the marketing services that is offered to our members.

Now, we offer you an additional opportunity to highlight your business in the brochure by submitting attractive, inviting and colorful photos that are representative of your business. If used, your business name will be included in the credit. If your image is not included brochure, there will still be many opportunities. They may be used as part of marketing tools such as our Facebook profile picture/banner/events, seasonal promotions on the MMiM website, Newsletter, Farmers Blog, Instagram and other promotional vehicles.

For the MMiM Brochure and the Stock Photo Gallery we ask that your photo submissions adhere to these required image specifications:

• All images must be minimum of 300 DPI (or PPI)
• Acceptable files: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, GIF.
• A full-column image must be minimum of 5″ in width to accommodate bleed — larger is preferred
• An image submitted for an agricultural member’s listing must be minimum of 3.5″ x 2″ — larger is preferred.
• Images may be cropped at our discretion to accommodate the page layout.
• MMiM reserves the right to reject any images that do not meet these specifications, are aesthetically challenged or unable to include due to space considerations
• For large image files (over 2MB), we suggest using the online free file sharing service: www.fileconvoy.com. Files under 2MB may be sent to meetmeinmarlborough@gmail.com.

For the Promotional Video we ask that you adhere to these required specifications:

Images: May be of any type but will work best as large as possible.
Videos: Must be available for embedding from a streaming site such as YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook. If you must send us the actual video file, please contact us
